Hired Attorney 2020-2022This law firm is fraudulent. Don't believe the propaganda, he has no regard for your civil rights or mine. He has double charged me for services rendered by his former partner from a year prior already paid in full. Also charged me for a divorce his firm DID NOT HANDLE and after double charging me for services his partner should have performed but did not, he also did not deliver, as he improperly filed the paperwork. This was not revealed until 6 months later as during the hearing for the motions he instead tried forcing me into a plea bargain I did not want. Sweeping the motions for discovery of the audio and video records and suppression of evidence under the rug, temporarily. The proof is in the lawsuit and charges I've filed with the Sheriff department but no surprise they haven't taken any action or followed up with me on it so that's going to be looked at too RICO... THIS ISN'T OVER

Hired Attorney 2020Jeff Price is an honest, moralistic Attorney with Integrity, drive and Loyalty. We have had the opportunity to deal with Jeff on a Professional level on a couple of occasions. He has been excellent at answering and/or returning calls and answering all questions or concerns we may have had. He maintains Professionalism while still being friendly and attentive. He is negotiable and open to feedback and thoughts. It is very hard to find an attorney that is not driven only by money regardless of the case outcome. He is very fair and an all around great attorney.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
