Overview
Alison is a native of Fort Worth, Texas, and received her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma Christian University. She graduated Cum Laude from Oklahoma City University Law School, where she served as a staff member and senior member of the OCU Law Review and a contributing editor to the Oklahoma District Court Judges' Civil Bench Book.
While at OCU Law, Alison was selected as a summer law clerk for the United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of Oklahoma. She then interned at the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office where she was hired upon graduation. As an Oklahoma County Assistant District Attorney Alison began her career with a large misdemeanor docket as well as felony revocations. She was soon promoted to felonies where she spent two years handling a general felony docket. A majority of these cases involved drug offenses including Possession with Intent to Distribute and Trafficking. Alison also prosecuted a handful of violent offenses including murder and manslaughter.
