Attorney Information
Overview
Stephanie Moser is a partner at Ball Morse Lowe PLLC and co-chair of the firm’s oil, gas + energy practice group.
In 2008 she earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a certificate in American Indian Law from the Center for the Study of American Indian Law and Policy. She has over fifteen years of experience in multiple tribal, state, and federal jurisdictions in which she is licensed to practice.
Stephanie has dedicated her career to developing a unique set of skills in oil and gas title examination and Native American real property. As a specialist in title issues involving restricted and trust lands, she is exceptionally qualified to help our firm’s clients navigate complex jurisdictional issues involving the development of natural resources in tribal reservations and allotments. She has served as the 2025 Chairperson of the Oklahoma Bar Association Real Property Section and is also a member of the Real Property Section’s Title Examination Standards Committee, which drafts the standards for marketable title to real property in the State of Oklahoma.
Stephanie regularly speaks at continuing legal education events and other professional development seminars to educate participants about recent developments in energy law and Native American law and policy. By sharing her expertise in how these two complex areas of law intersect, her goal is to empower industry professionals and tribal governments to work together to create new economic development opportunities in energy.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys shooting sporting clays, creating kiln-formed glass art, and planning her next outdoor adventures.
