Kent bridges lied to me on several different questions he was directly asked. He not only would lie but he would ignore my calls and text and he also reported confidential into the opposing. He claimed to show up on my behalf at 2 court dates while I was illegally detained.. he told me that he would have the judge release me because of the wrong full arrest of a failure to appear warrant he was gonna have lifted.. in which he didnt.. he flat out coward down against what was corruption at its finest. He will coward do to gang stalking. He will let the system play with and ultimately ruina good mans/fathers life.. he was provided everything that he asked for and his job was done for him.. all he needed to do is file the motions.. and he didnt. He dibe nothing on my behalf and when asked for a refund he wouldnt provide it.. he would even provide a detailed receipt of why he had done on my behalf.. he has no spine and no morals of what's right and wrong and will steal your money and will motnproperly advise unto the best of his abilities or as should be..

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
