Since 2000, Blake’s practice has primarily consisted of banking and financial institution litigation, real estate litigation, title insurance defense, and commercial and residential evictions. Blake also has extensive appellate experience, with six reported cases in the area of mortgage foreclosure and title related issues.

Blake has been a frequent speaker at continuing legal education programs on real estate, mortgage banking and servicing, and title insurance relating topics, most recently speaking at the 2024 Oklahoma Judicial Conference Annual Meeting on the topic of “avoiding land mines and reversals in judicial foreclosures.” He is also currently recognized as a Best Lawyer in America in the practice areas of Finance, Banking and Finance Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation.
