Overview
Eric has represented rural electric cooperatives across Oklahoma for more than two decades. He has served as general counsel for a statewide association of rural electric cooperatives and as board counsel for a generation and transportation cooperative. Eric has returned to his family’s rural roots and greatly enjoys working with the leaders of communities across rural Oklahoma. Eric began his practice in 1983 and has enjoyed greatly serving clients for over 40 years. Eric continues to work almost exclusively with rural electric utility clients.
Eric is deeply concerned with the current hunger crisis in Oklahoma, and serves on the board of Urban Mission, a food pantry providing food and fundamental services for thousands of families in need each year. He and Lisa are members of First Presbyterian Church in Oklahoma City where they have served on various councils and committees. They have two adult children, Kathryn and Jackson, both research scientists, and two wonderful granddaughters, Edie and Alice.

- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
