Matt is a Shareholder whose practice focuses on oil and gas related matters, environmental issues, and all areas of energy and natural resources. As an Shareholder with the firm, Matt represents producers, operators, royalty owners, landowners and additional parties in a wide range of oil and gas issues.
Matt graduated summa cum laude from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2018, ranking in the top 5 of his graduating class. While attending law school, Matt earned the CALI Award for the highest grade in a law school course in Agency & Unincorporated Business Associations; Environmental Law; Criminal Procedure; and Oil & Gas Regulation. During law school, Matt was a member of the Oklahoma City Law Review Board of Editors, where he served as Notes and Comments Editor. In recognition of his accomplishments while serving on the Board of Editors, Matt received the Editor-in-Chief Award for his outstanding commitment and service to the Law Review. He was also a member of the Phi Delta Phi honors society.
