Overview
After graduating high school Mike attended Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma where he was on the speech and debate team. While at Cameron he was on two Pi Kappa Delta National championship teams. After graduating college, he attended the OU College of Law, graduating with honors, receiving a Juris Doctorate in May of 1985. Mike is a member of the Order of the Coif and was a Note Editor on the Oklahoma Law Review. Mike has attained a Martindale-Hubbell, "AV Preeminent ", the highest rating awarded in terms of skill, integrity, and ethics.
Mike's practice is primarily litigation related in the areas of insurance defense, business litigation, general, personal injury, product liability, bad faith litigation, trucking and transportation, construction, civil litigation, family law, employment litigation, and appellate practice. Mike is a member of the Oklahoma, Oklahoma County Bar Associations and has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Mike has been married to his wife, Cindy, since 1981. They have two children and four grandchildren, who keep them busy!
