Overview
Mr. Rose is a shareholder at Mahaffey & Gore. Mr. Rose is an experienced civil trial lawyer, having represented both private companies and individuals in litigation and administrative proceedings in his more than twenty years of private and government practice. Mr. Rose has successfully tried several jury and non-jury trials throughout the state in both State and Federal Court.
Mr. Rose also served as the Chief of Staff for the Oklahoma House of Representatives and Special Counsel to the Speaker of the House for both T.W. Shannon (2012-2014) and Charles McCall(2016-2024). Most recently, Mr. Rose served as Chief Operating Officer and the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for Governor Stitt (2024-2025) before returning to private practice full time.
Mr. Rose worked his way through school, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Nazarene University and a Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2003. Mr. Rose was named a Rising Star by Oklahoma Super Lawyers, has chaired both the Oklahoma County and State Bar Young Lawyer Divisions, and was named the Oklahoma Outstanding Young Lawyer for 2010. Previously, he has been an adjunct professor, teaching American Government at Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City and is a lecturer on various issues relating to litigation and oil and gas.

- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
