Overview

Chad Neuens is a licensed member of the State Bars of Oklahoma, Texas and Colorado, and is admitted to practice before several Federal Bars, including The United States Supreme Court. He has tried over 50 jury trials to verdict in both federal and state courts throughout the country, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, with a 90 percent success rate. He has also tried numerous non-jury trials and arbitrations. In addition, Chad is an experienced mediator and is a member of the mediator panel at Dispute Resolution Consultants.

Chad earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.

He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Creighton University School of Law, where he served as an Editor of the Creighton Law Review.

Chad has over 35 years of experience in the areas of product liability, construction, trucking, transportation, premises liability, wrongful death, personal injury, fire and explosion, civil rights, subrogation, environmental liability, oil and gas, fraud, toxic tort, commercial litigation, law enforcement, business litigation, banking, and mediator/alternative dispute resolution. He has presented several seminars in these areas.
