Overview
Hayley brings a unique combination of legal expertise and client experience leadership to her role as Director of Client Experience.
A graduate of UC Law San Francisco, she began her career practicing civil litigation, product liability, probate, and estate planning. This foundation gives her a deep understanding of the emotional and procedural needs of a legal client— knowledge she now uses to elevate every step of the client’s journey.
Before joining Helton Law Firm, Hayley served as Director of Customer Experience at an e-commerce company, where she led initiatives to improve client satisfaction, streamline operations, and grow client engagement through data-driven strategy. Known for her ability to translate client insight into clear, actionable improvements, Hayley builds processes that are both human-centered and operationally sound.
At Helton Law Firm, Hayley focuses on creating clear, compassionate, and confidence-building experiences that turn legal service into lasting trust.
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their lovable (and often hilarious) boxer. You’ll often find them outdoors, whether playing in the backyard, walking to get snow cones, or at their favorite spot, the Gathering Place. Hayley also loves trying new restaurants, gardening with her kids, and connecting with extended family. She and her family are active members of their church community.
