John S. Farley, III - Tulsa, OK

John is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer who handles a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, banking, construction, wrongful death, personal injury, quiet titles, oil & gas, foreclosures, partnership disputes, Osage Headright probates, easement and boundary disputes, securities litigation, evictions, and real property litigation. John is the recipient of multiple Top Verdict awards, including the Top 50 Truck Accident Jury Verdicts in the United States in 2019 (No. 29) and Top 100 Motor Accident Jury Verdicts in the United States in 2019 (No. 60).

In addition to his work in litigation, John assists businesses and individuals with a wide array of transactional matters, including title examination, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, real estate sales, trademarking, business formation & structuring, contract drafting, and tax avoidance strategies. Before beginning his legal career, John worked in tax accounting at a Fortune 500 company and served in an upper management role for a multi-state legal software and service company based in Missouri.

When John is not in the office working for his clients, you can often find him enjoying carpentry, hunting, or spending time with his wife, Kambree, and their children.
