Overview
Natalie offers an extensive range of tailored estate planning packages at competitive prices. Her estate planning practice ranges from the preparation of simple last will and testaments, to the creation of complex revocable and irrevocable trusts, as well as business succession planning, durable financial power of attorneys, advance medical directives, and a variety of other helpful estate planning tools.
In her business practice, Natalie provides legal services for entrepreneurs, investors and companies of all sizes throughout the states of California, Oregon and Washington. She focuses her practice on establishing and maintaining corporations, LLCs and other business entities, regulatory compliance, day-to-day operations as they relate to business, as well as more complex business transactions, including membership and shareholder buy-outs, purchase and sale of a business, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, intellectual property protection, and counseling and representing clients in general contract negotiations, dispute resolution and a variety of business transactional matters.
Prior to co-forming Evergreen Law Group, LLC, Natalie practiced for several years as a corporate business transactional attorney in New York City. She worked at the worldwide headquarters of JPMorgan Chase Bank, in the legal department of its Investment Banking Division, where she drafted and negotiated institutional-level commercial loan agreements, as well as a wide range of derivative trading agreements for prime brokerage and other corporate clients. Natalie also practiced in the Capital Markets group of 'Biglaw' firm Davis Polk and Wardwell LLP, where she led a team of associates on a major restructuring project for a prestigious hedge fund client, in addition to drafting and negotiating the full suite of prime brokerage client contracts and business transactional agreements for hedge fund and investment bank clients.
Natalie received her law degrees in both Civil and Common Law (J.D.) from McGill University in 2001. Before commencing law school, she received her B.A. in Honors English, graduating Magna cum laude, from McGill University. Natalie is an active Member of the Ashland Rotary, the acting Vice President of the Jackson County Bar Association, and is a continued Benefactor of the Schneider Museum of Art in Ashland. When she is not working, Natalie loves to hike, ski, play the piano with her son, enjoy the local wineries, and attend Oregon Shakespeare Festival performances.
