Overview
Graham M. Sweitzer is a seasoned trial lawyer with more than two decades of courtroom experience. He has tried numerous jury and bench trials in state and federal courts and has successfully argued appeals before the Oregon Court of Appeals and the Oregon Supreme Court.
At Dwyer Williams Cherkoss, Graham focuses his practice on representing individuals and families in personal injury cases. His extensive background handling complex civil disputes gives him a unique perspective on how insurance companies and defense counsel approach litigation. Today, he uses that insight to fight for the rights of accident victims and to help them achieve the best possible results.
Clients value Graham’s thorough preparation, clear communication, and strong courtroom presence. He is committed to guiding people through the legal process with compassion, professionalism, and determination.
