Courtney Angeli is a partner in the firm's Labor & Employment group whose practice is devoted exclusively to employment litigation and counseling employers in all aspects of employment-related issues. She has extensive jury trial experience defending employers against workplace torts, sexual harassment and sex discrimination claims. Courtney is also experienced in litigating all manner of discrimination claims including cases alleging pregnancy, age, disability, race, national origin, and religious discrimination. She is listed in the Employment category in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business (2004-06), and has been rated by her peers as one of Oregon's ""Super Lawyers.' Courtney is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resource Certification Institute.
