Paul Buchanan represents employers in all phases of employment litigation and provides counseling and training for employers on employment law issues. He has represented employers throughout the West in numerous wrongful discharge, discrimination, ERISA, contract, and wage cases, including wage and hour class actions. He is an active member of the state bars of Oregon, Washington, and California. Paul has been ranked among the top labor and employment defense lawyers in Oregon by Chambers USA in each one of their annual surveys; he is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
