Consulted Attorney 2023-2024Mr. Quinn had to step in when my son's original public defender couldn't be at his arraignment. He represented my son with an eye for the big picture, helping to secure a plea deal that created just enough pressure that my son agreed to make some big changes in his life to avoid prosecution. He has followed through on these changes and is on a path to a better life now. Mr. Quinn helped give him this second chance.

Hired Attorney 2019-2021Like to spend hard earned money on apathy and unprofessional, unethical, counsel run from Nick Quinn. Uncooperative can't even perform simple tasks, show up in court, mail complete file to client when you beg him multiple times. Pretty chummy with the DA prosecutors, but a client total disrespect. Yeah want your false police report and endless trial reschedules drag on for 1 1/2 yrs very fishy court system and actors. Nick is a quitter he dropped me 31 days before last re re re re scheduled trial. Oh he lied to me; kinda frowned on when I wasted $4000 after David G Terry glorious recommendation. Roseburg Forest Products, Emerald Valley Thinning all supporters of Illegal logging and slavery like to muscle honest folks who want a paycheck, but watch out if you wait 3 months for Boli to successfully pay you; the gift is Class C felonys for crossing them.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
