Verified ClientHired Law firm 2020-2021John at Kesslring Law Firm is a wonderful attorney. He fights for his clients and will work hard for your case. I highly recommend his services if you have ever been in an auto accident.

Consulted Law firm 2000-2021John has three things that most attorneys do not posses that handle personal injury law; empathy, responsiveness and kindness. I have had the opportunity to personally see John in two situations handle people with all three of these qualities. He can be kind and patient with the process, but also can be that shark in your corner if needed. I like that he is passionate about people not being taken advantage of in situations such as a not at fault accident whether that be in an automobile or an accident somewhere else. Most folks don't know their rights or what they are entitled to and many don't think about the pain later if they never do get back to all the way better. He really helps guide through the whole process. I cannot recommend John enough- he is who I would use if I had a situation such as this!

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
