Overview
Associate Kevin P. Regan joined the firm in 2007. He worked at the Montgomery County District Attorney's office for three years before joining Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg and Gifford. He now practices in the areas of criminal defense, family law and personal injury.
As an Assistant District Attorney, he was cross-designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Safe Streets Program, which allowed him to prosecute firearms cases in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania as well as the Court of Common Pleas. He served in both the Narcotics and Firearms units, and he prosecuted hundreds of cases, from preliminary hearing through trial, including assaults, felony and misdemeanor narcotics, firearm violations, DUI, robbery, theft and homicide.
At the Temple University Beasley School of Law, he graduated with Honors for Outstanding Oral Advocacy in Trial Advocacy. At York College of Pennsylvania, he graduated Cum Laude in History, and was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta honor society in history. He is a member of the Montgomery and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He serves as a member of the Criminal Defense Committee as well as the Family Law Committee of the Montgomery County Association.
In 2010, 2011 and 2012, he was named one of Pennsylvania's "Rising Stars" by a poll of his peers as published in Philadelphia Magazine.
Outside the office, Kevin enjoys playing softball and golfing. He resides in Lehigh County with his wife, children, and two dogs.
