Mr. Orchinik graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1977. For more than 30 years, Mr. Orchinik has been representing clients injured in motor vehicle, slip and fall, construction site and related accidents. He has successfully tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts. He has also argued appeals before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to his personal injury practice, Mr. Orchinik has also handled many civil rights cases ranging from prisoner beatings to false arrest.
