He has won approvals from hundreds of zoning hearing boards, planning commissions, governing bodies, historical commissions, sewer, water authorities, and when necessary the Courts.

George also assists clients in receiving development permits from County, State and Federal agencies. In addition to obtaining development approvals, George helps clients with issues that arise with municipalities and governmental agencies in the operation of their institutions or businesses. George also assists clients with due diligence and other efforts related to the acquisition of properties.
