Michael H. Weil - Blue Bell, PA

Michael H. Weil is an Associate and a member of the Real Estate Transactions and Corporate and Business Law Departments. His practice focuses on the representation of sellers and buyers, landlords and tenants, and developers and investors in various commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Weil's practice involves various real estate assets including office buildings, warehouses, retail shopping centers and malls, and other commercial properties.

Prior to joining Kaplin Stewart, Mr. Weil was an associate in the Real Estate and Business and Finance practice groups at the Philadelphia office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Prior to pursuing his law degree, he began his career as an analyst in the transfer pricing group of a Big Four accounting firm in New York, while also earning Series 6 and 63 Licenses.

Mr. Weil was raised in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. He earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2012, where he was a senior editor of the Journal of Business Law. He earned his B.A. in journalism from Washington and Lee University where he was a Journalism Department Scholar.

Mike lives with his wife, Greta, and son, Holt, in Radnor, PA.
