Kevin’s practice has involved all different types of catastrophic injury cases including product liability, trucking injury cases, medical malpractice, workplace injury, premises liability, civil rights, and institutional physical and sexual abuse cases. Kevin has secured some of the largest verdicts and settlements in Pennsylvania and New Jersey history, including a $55 million verdict for a pedestrian who suffered bilateral leg amputations after being struck by a truck—believed to be the largest verdict ever in Essex County, New Jersey. His results also include multiple eight-figure settlements and verdicts, including recoveries of $40 million, $33 million, $20 million, $18.5 million, and numerous other seven- and eight-figure outcomes across product liability, trucking, construction, and wrongful death cases.
