Jarrod C. Cofrancesco - Conshohocken, PA

For the past 14 years, Mr. Cofrancesco has acted as vice president and general counsel to Grinnell Enterprises and Golden Dome Materials. At Grinnell and Golden Dome Materials, Mr. Cofrancesco oversees and advises a group of privately held businesses, employing more than 200 individuals, involved in product manufacturing, public contracts, commercial real estate, land development and restaurant holdings.

Mr. Cofrancesco is a skilled business and transactional attorney, with vast experience in counseling and advising corporations and executives on effective strategies to increase profitability and assess and minimize risk. In addition to his business and transactional experience, Mr. Cofrancesco is an accomplished trial lawyer. Since 2003, Mr. Cofrancesco has acted as the assistant municipal prosecutor for Sussex County, New Jersey where he has handled countless cases involving assault, drugs, and motor vehicle offenses. Since 2009, Mr. Cofrancesco has also maintained his own law practice in Sparta, New Jersey where he represent clients in corporate matters, real estate transactions, commercial transactions and estate planning.

In 2006, Mr. Cofrancesco was named a Rising Star and recognized as one of the Top Young Lawyers in New Jersey by Super Lawyers Magazine. Only 2.5% of New Jersey attorneys who are 40 years of age or younger or have been practicing for less than ten years are selected each year as a Rising Star. In 2009, the New Jersey Herald named Mr. Cofrancesco to its highly selective 20 under 40 in the State of New Jersey.

While maintaining a busy law practice and acting as general counsel for two companies, Mr. Cofrancesco also dedicates significant time to service in his community. Since 2013, he has been the president of the board of education for Sussex County Technical School. From 2012 until 2016, Mr. Cofrancesco was the president of the Sussex County YMCA and was awarded the John C. Prizer "Layperson of the Year" for his dedication and service.
