Overview

Lee S. Cohen is a partner in the law firm of Kelly, Parker & Cohen LLP and practices in the areas of civil and criminal litigation, with particular emphasis on personal injury, criminal law, and contract disputes.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations. A former York County Deputy Prosecutor, he is a 2002 graduate of Vermont Law School, where he was a National Dean’s List student, received the Academic Achievement Award and was included in Who’s Who: American Law Schools. He is also a 1999 graduate of Susquehanna University (B.S.), where he was a four year member of the NCAA Varsity Football Team and President of the Conditioning Club.

Mr. Cohen has obtained numerous not guilty verdicts and dismissals on behalf of his clients in complex Felony and Misdemeanor cases. He has successfully argued to overturn a conviction which occurred prior to Mr. Cohen being retained and obtained a not guilty verdict thereafter. Mr. Cohen has also successfully argued before the Pennsylvania Appellate courts having convictions overturned and positive rulings for his clients upheld.

Mr. Cohen received the Client Distinction Award from the American Registry as recognized by Martindale-Hubbell. This award was given as a direct result of his client’s opinions and recommendations.

Mr. Cohen has and continues to volunteer as the President of the Hershey High School Ice Hockey Club, is a board member for Hershey Youth Lacrosse Association, and currently coaches or has coached youth lacrosse, soccer, baseball, basketball and softball. He also sponsors many youth sports teams and activities.
