William J. Carmella - Indiana, PA

Jay has practiced law in Indiana County since graduating from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2011. While in law school, he served as the Senior Editor of the school’s award-winning legal news website JURIST.org. Jay attended Pennsylvania State University and Indiana University of Pennsylvania as an undergraduate earning degrees in Political Science and Accounting. Jay has experience in a variety of legal areas, including Family Law, Real Estate, Estates & Trusts, Corporate and Criminal Law.

Prior to law school, Jay worked as a consultant for Ryan, Inc. He specialized in economic development opportunities and statutory incentives. He negotiated incentive packages for various Fortune 1000 companies on a nationwide basis. Jay worked with state and local government officials in more than a dozen states. He also worked for State Senator Don White in Indiana.

Jay is a member of the Indiana County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in Indiana County from 2012 – 2016.
