Overview
Attorney Breit has more than twenty years of legal experience, practicing law exclusively in the State of Pennsylvania, with the majority of his practice in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties.
Since his admission to practice in 1986, he has gained tremendous experience and respect as a criminal defense attorney, representing clients charged with offenses ranging from summary violations to misdemeanors and serious felony offenses, including but not limited to, homicide, vehicular homicide, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI) and all other types of criminal offenses. Attorney Breit has extensive experience in traffic offenses, and CDL matters.
Also allow attorney Breit to familiarize yourself with the Pennsylvania Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition Program including Expungement and Dismissal of your criminal charges.
Attorney Breit is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Pennsylvania. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in Dayton, Ohio, his Master of Arts from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania, and his Bachelor of Science from the West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania. He has also attended the National Criminal Defense College in Macon, Georgia. He also regularly participates in continuing legal education courses to keep current in changes in the law.
