Ailis S. Nerad, Esquire, is a Junior Associate focusing on Family Law, where she helps clients through all stages of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support. Before joining the firm as a junior associate, Attorney Nerad spent two years clerking with the firm, gaining valuable experience working alongside the team and supporting clients through some of life’s most personal challenges.
Attorney Nerad loves working in family law because it’s all about people—their stories, their struggles, and their hopes for the future. Every case is different, but at the heart of it all is helping someone find clarity and stability during what can be a really emotional time. Attorney Nerad does what she can to make a real difference for families and help them move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
When Attorney Nerad is not advocating for her clients, she enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. An avid lover of the outdoors, she often spends her weekends hiking local trails with her puppy and exploring new destinations. She also enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and cultivating her garden. In her free time, Attorney Nerad can often be found reading, staying active, and finding balance through a variety of recreational activities that keep her energized both personally and professionally.
