Joe Baldassari has represented clients in private practice since 1986. He has appeared before the Pennsylvania County Courts of Common Pleas (Civil Division and Orphans' Court Division), the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, Workers' Compensation Judges and the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board. He has also represented clients in the New Jersey Superior Court, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court in New Jersey. Joe also continues to represent dependent children through his affiliations with the Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia and the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project in Montgomery County. Joe has also been honored to serve as Judge Pro Tem in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas' Arbitration Mediation Program.
Joe Baldassari graduated in the top 10% of his class Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University's College of Commerce and Finance in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Societies. Joe is a 1986 graduate of Villanova Law School and a member of the Order of the Coif. He was previously an associate in the litigation department of the Philadelphia office of Duane, Morris & Heckscher.
