Dan’s practice focuses on catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation, including cases involving medical malpractice, pharmaceutical negligence, nursing home abuse and neglect, FELA violations, trucking and automobile accidents, construction accidents, and unsafe premises. He brings significant trial experience to complex cases where families need answers, accountability, and meaningful recovery.
Dan’s commitment to representing injured people is personal. Raised in the Philadelphia area, he witnessed loved ones suffer injuries caused by the carelessness of others and saw how insurance companies, medical providers, and corporations often put profits ahead of people. Those experiences shaped his decision to become a trial lawyer and continue to drive his work on behalf of clients facing powerful defendants.
Dan graduated from Temple University and earned his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was part of the school’s nationally recognized Trial Advocacy Program. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is active in the legal community through the Temple Inn of Court, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, PTLA Future Leaders, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, PAJ Board of Governors, and the American Association for Justice.
