Danielle Duffy is a committed advocate and accomplished trial attorney who has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families facing some of the most difficult moments of their lives. She brings compassion, precision, and relentless preparation to every case, fighting for victims whose lives have been permanently changed by corporate misconduct, medical negligence, individual recklessness, and other preventable harm. Danielle regularly handles complex catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters, approaching each case with the discipline and urgency her clients deserve.
Danielle earned her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she distinguished herself as a staff editor of the Temple Law Review, recipient of the Barrister’s Award for trial advocacy, student counselor, and member of student government. She accomplished all of this while working full-time and raising a young family. Before attending law school, Danielle earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Temple University’s School of Social Administration, a foundation that continues to shape her client-centered approach to litigation.
Danielle is a confident and capable trial lawyer who is prepared to take cases to verdict when justice requires it. Her trial successes have earned public recognition, including front-page coverage in The Legal Intelligencer. Since 2015, she has been nominated by her peers and selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and Super Lawyer, honors reserved for a small percentage of practicing attorneys.
Danielle is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, Delaware County Bar Association, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and Pennsylvania Association for Justice. Through the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, she also serves as a staff editor and writer for its legal publication, contributing to a resource read by attorneys throughout the Philadelphia legal community. She is also involved with the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Women in the Profession Committee. Danielle is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
