Overview
Dean joined the Golkow Hessel LLC in 2025. After primarily defending clients in general liability matters, he decided to make the switch to the plaintiff side to better advocate for individuals seeking justice in injury-related cases. He now represents clients in pursuing fair recovery through complex subrogation claims and personal injury litigation.
Prior to joining Golkow Hessel LLC, Dean was an Associate with a regional civil litigation firm in the Casualty Litigation Department and the Hospitality and Retail Practice Group. There, he counseled and defended clients, including insurers, self-insured companies, and third-party administrators, in claims involving premises, products, liquor/Dram Shop and general liability. His clients included companies in the hospitality, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing industries.
Dean received his juris doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2020. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Communication & Rhetoric in 2017. He was born and raised in Malvern, PA, and graduated from The Episcopal Academy in 2013.
