During law school, Mr. Von Bargen served as the Managing Editor of the Michigan State University Journal of Medicine and Law and also held a position on the Executive Board for the National Conference of Law Reviews. Additionally, Mr. Von Bargen has been published on the topic of crime victim representation, having authored "Nittany Lions, Clergy, and Scouts, Oh My! Harmonizing the Interplay Between Memory Repression and Statutes of Limitation in Child Sexual Abuse Litigation." 18 Mich. St. U. J. Med. & L. 51 (2014).
Prior to being hired as an associate attorney at Soloff & Zervanos, P.C. in 2014, Mr. Von Bargen worked for the firm as a law clerk each summer during law school and served as a student law clerk for the Honorable William E. Collette, Chief Judge of the Ingham County Circuit Court in Michigan.
Mr. Von Bargen graduated magna cum laude from Monmouth University in 2011. During his undergraduate studies, he was an NCAA Division I scholar-athlete.
