Attorney Information
Overview
Gary has practiced familly law in South Jersey since 1977, presently as the founding member of BorgerMatez in Cherry Hill, NJ. Recognizing that divorce litigation does more financial and emotional harm than good, he became trained as a mediator and collaborative divorce attorney (and a member of the South Jersey Collaborative Law Group and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals). Although Gary is an experienced trial attorney, his focus is on an amicable resolution of marital and family law disputes, whether through the collaborative divorce process, mediation, or traditional attorney negotiation.
Gary is a member of the American Bar Association, Family Law Section; the NJ State Bar Association, Family Law Section; and the Burlington County, Camden County, and Gloucester County (NJ) Family Law Bench-Bar Committees.
