Jacob Cross - Philadelphia, PA

Jacob Cross is a personal injury litigation attorney born and raised in East Tennessee. A two-time graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Jacob earned his B.A. in English with a concentration in literature and his J.D. from UT College of Law. He is a proud member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and has practiced personal injury and medical malpractice litigation since the start of his career, gaining broad experience handling complex cases across the state he calls home.

Jacob represents individuals through every stage of their case, from filing suit through resolution, focusing exclusively on litigation and standing up for clients in court and in negotiations involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking and commercial vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, premises liability, and more. He believes in being honest about the process, keeping clients informed at every step, and fighting hard to recover what they deserve. A former instructor at the Appalachian School of Law, Jacob helped students strengthen their legal writing and advocacy skills and continues to apply those same principles of clarity and precision to his own practice. He combines his background in writing and technology to run an efficient, transparent practice where clients always know where their case stands.

Jacob lives in Knoxville with his partner Keeley and their two cats, Obi and Tony. He enjoys trail running, hiking, cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, and playing tabletop and PC games. Committed to his East Tennessee roots, Jacob takes pride in protecting and serving the people of his home state both in and out of the courtroom.
