While pursuing his Juris Doctorate degree, Jeremiah worked for the Philadelphia Municipal Court where he specialized in small claims and landlord-tenant disputes. He developed a deep understanding of the court system, and has applied his knowledge representing owners and management companies in court, where he gained a reputation for his success in landlord-tenant disputes, lead claims, and lead disclosure issues.
