Overview
Kathleen graduated from the University of Chicago in 2019, with a B.A. in Philosophy. There, she was a founding organizer of the Student Library Employees Union, affiliated with Teamsters Local 743, which became the first ever NLRB-recognized undergraduate union at a private university. She later interned at Region 22 of the NLRB, located in Newark, New Jersey. Following graduation, she worked as a paralegal at a boutique NYC firm.
Kathleen obtained her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2025, where she participated in the Sheller Center's Social Justice Lawyering Clinic, assisting low-wage workers with wage theft claims, and was recognized as a member of the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society. She interned at the Philadelphia Office of the Solicitor of Labor and with then-Pennsylvania Superior Court Judge Dan McCaffery, before completing her Peggy Browning Fellowship at Markowitz & Richman.
Kathleen's practice focuses on traditional labor law, as well as assisting clients with FMLA, ADA, and unemployment compensation issues. She is licensed and practices in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
