Kenneth L. Baritz is a veteran attorney with 50 years of experience advocating for clients in real estate matters, with exceptional dedication to landlord-tenant disputes.
After receiving his B.A. in History from Temple University in 1972, Kenneth achieved his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1975. While pursuing his Juris Doctorate degree, Kenneth was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Myrna Marshall where he was able to learn the real application of the law of courtroom procedures.
In 1975 he formed Feinburg & Baritz, later Baritz Law Associates where for the last 50 years he has been a powerhouse in real estate law. Kenneth is an expert in handling landlord-tenant evictions, ejectments, tax appeals, and code enforcement defense. His dedication does not end in the courtroom as he engages in the community as a Landlord Activist and Speaker. Kenneth is efficient and pragmatic, ensuring that his cases are resolved quickly and efficiently.
