Overview

Mike is a Shareholder and has been a member of the firm since its inception in 1993. Mike graduated from Glassboro State College in 1980, where he was a center on the football team. He received his law degree from Rutgers University in 1984. Mike has extensive experience litigating cases since 1991. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, West Virginia, Virginia, and Texas. Mike is involved in all aspects of litigation for many Fortune 500 companies and has assisted with managing and resolving thousands of toxic tort cases for manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and premises liability clients over the years. He negotiates resolutions of many of our most significant cases with plaintiff's firms around the country. Mike has been selected for inclusion in New Jersey Super Lawyers and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers for several years. Only five percent of the lawyers in each state are selected. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Mike is on the Board of Directors and is the newly elected President for the Greater Delaware Valley Chapter of JDRF.
