He is Certified as a Specialist in the practice of Workers' Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Mr. Kenny served as Co-Chair of the Executive Committee of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association in 2012. Mr. Kenny was the Philadelphia Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Section Liaison to the Young Lawyers Division in 2008 and 2010. He was the Philadelphia Bar Association's Small Firm /Solo Practitioner Section Liaison to the Young Lawyers Division in 2009. Mr. Kenny has also been recognized by Super Lawyers in 2015 and as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2010-2013. Mr. Kenny graduated from Hamilton College in 1995 and received his juris doctorate degree from New York Law School in 2003. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
