Peter L. Johnston, Esquire, Managing Partner of the Law Offices of Peter L. Johnston, L.L.C., is an accomplished attorney with a proven track record of satisfying clients in a broad array of cases – including Personal Injury, Immigration, Traffic Offenses and Wills and Estates. Mr. Johnston represents a wide range of people from various communities and neighborhoods throughout the greater Delaware Valley region, from working class people to professionals to people who have lived in the Delaware Valley their whole lives to immigrants from many nations from around the world, both young and old.

Since 1996 Mr. Johnston has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and all other state courts in Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and all other state courts in New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He has also been designated by the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County to sit as an arbitrator in civil cases.

Mr. Johnston has also been a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, and American Bar Association. He is a member of the Brehon Law Society and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Raised in New Jersey, Mr. Johnston has proudly adopted Philadelphia as his home and currently resides in the Roxborough section. He is an involved Philadelphia resident, having at one time served three-plus terms as an elected Democratic City Committee person and as a Board member for the Plays and Players Playhouse and on the Board of Directors for the North Light Community Center. Mr. Johnston graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1996 and from Saint Joseph’s University in 1991, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History, a minor in Theology and a Faith-Justice Studies Certificate. In addition, he was awarded the university’s Faith-Justice Award.
