Mr. Markowitz is a graduate of Yale College and Harvard Law School. His practice has been devoted exclusively to the representation of labor organizations, both on a local union and international union basis, and to the representation of employee benefit plans. Mr. Markowitz is a member of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. He is also a member of the ABA's Committee on Practice and Procedure Before the National Labor Relations Board and is listed in Best Lawyers in America and Pennsylvania Super lawyers. He has represented unions and employee benefit plans for more than 40 years and has been involved in hundreds of lawsuits, National Labor Relations Board proceedings and arbitrations on behalf of his clients.
