At Steve Harvey Law LLC, we listen carefully and advocate with conviction for individuals and organizations facing the prospect of bringing or defending a lawsuit. Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, we concentrate on business disputes, executive employment matters and complex litigation.
Steve Harvey founded our firm in 2013. He was later joined by Michael Gehring, a longtime colleague from law school, and more recently by Kelly Conway, a dynamic and accomplished litigator. Together, we bring the depth of experience and resolve that high-stakes cases demand. Most of our work arrives through referrals, which reflects the trust our clients place in us and the results we deliver in complex matters.
Our clients span from small business owners to Fortune 1,000 corporations, across nearly every industry. Because their needs differ, we invest the time to understand each client's circumstances and objectives, then shape our approach accordingly. Our most frequent engagements include commercial litigation, breach of contract, indemnification, noncompete agreements, executive employment disputes and other complex matters.
