Ms.Verbonitz concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, check fraud and negotiable instruments, commercial workouts and restructures and insolvency matters. She was admitted to both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars in 1986.

Ms.Verbonitz graduated from King's College in 1983 and earned her law degree from Temple University in 1986. While at Temple, Ms. Verbonitz was on Moot Court and served as the brief editor. She is a member of the American Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar Associations, and the Philadelphia Bar Association in the Corporate, Banking and Business Law Sections. Ms. Verbonitz has lectured for the Philadelphia Bar Association on litigation and courtroom practices and is also a member of the Temple American Inn of Court.
