Before joining McEldrew Purtell, Tabitha built extensive litigation experience at firms focused on catastrophic healthcare negligence. She began her legal career with Wilkes & McHugh, P.A., where she worked as a trial coordinator and paralegal from 2002 to 2017. In that role, she gained substantial hands-on experience in nursing home abuse, neglect, and medical malpractice litigation, developing a strong understanding of the complex factual, medical, and procedural issues these cases often involve.
In 2017, Tabitha began practicing as an attorney with Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. She later joined Reddick Moss, PLLC in 2019, where she continued litigating claims involving nursing home abuse, neglect, and medical malpractice before joining McEldrew Purtell.
Tabitha earned her law degree from Delaware Law School at Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi, an M.B.A. from William Carey College in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and an associate degree from Morrisville State College, formerly the State University of New York at Morrisville.
Tabitha is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
