Tobi Russeck - Philadelphia, PA

Tobi Russeck is an accomplished Personal Injury Attorney in Morgan & Morgan's Philadelphia office. Her practice focuses on representing plaintiffs who have been seriously and catastrophically injured as a result of motor vehicle, motorcycle and trucking accidents. Ms. Russeck believes in fighting for what is right and takes great pride in helping her clients obtain fair and just compensation for their injuries.

Ms. Russeck was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2004 and a Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University, Charles W. Pettit School of Law in 2007. Her legal education was completed at Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law where she received a Master of Law (LLM) degree in Trial Advocacy in 2010. Ms. Russeck is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, the U.S. Virgin Islands Bar, and numerous District Courts around the country.

Over the past fifteen years, Ms. Russeck has tried a great number of cases before a jury. Her extensive litigation experience has built the foundation which enables her to zealously represent her clients. She is a former Assistant Attorney General for the Department of Justice in the U.S. Virgin Islands and a Founding Member of the Department of Homeland Security's Crimes Against Children Task Force. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Tobi was an attorney at a nationally recognized firm and fought for railroad workers who developed cancer and other life-threatening illnesses from work-related exposures in state and federal courts across the country.

When not in the courtroom, the office or otherwise fighting for the people, Ms. Russeck enjoys spending time with her family and dedicates her time and energy to being the best wife to her husband Ray and the best mother to their son, Harry.
