Alan Wolfson is a Partner in Chartwell's Pittsburgh Office. Mr. Wolfson is a 1988 graduate at the University of Michigan and a 1994 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law. He began his legal career in 1994 as an associate with the firm of Israel & Wood, P.C. where he represented defendants in numerous areas of insurance defense, concentrating in the areas of workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, and toxic tort litigation. Mr. Wolfson became a partner with Israel, Wood, Puntil & Grimm, P.C. in 2002. Mr. Wolfson has represented numerous insurance companies, third party administrators, and self-insured’s in all areas of workers’ compensation litigation. He has lectured to several different insurance companies and employers concerning various workers’ compensation issues.
