Overview
In Memoriam Jason Hines was an experienced litigator with a focus on transportation liability, construction liability, premises liability, workers’ compensation and products liability. He was called upon to represent the interests of individual construction companies and contract carriers, as well as the insureds of liability insurance carriers.
Mr. Hines tried numerous jury and non-jury trials to verdict all through Western and Central Pennsylvania, and appeared in the Pennsylvania appellate courts to preserve judgments acquired for his clients in the trial courts. He lectured to attorneys and insurance claim representatives on the topics of effective discovery and trial tactics at the request of the National Business Institute.
