Mark Hamilton is a Resident Partner in our Pittsburgh office. He also maintains an active federal court practice from the firm's Philadelphia office. Mark is a Pittsburgh native who received his Bachelor of Arts from Duke University in 1976 and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1979. His practice includes: civil rights and municipal liability cases; employment discrimination litigation; professional errors and omissions; and, the defense of personal injury lawsuits.
Mr. Hamilton is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and the U. S. District Court for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. He regularly appears before administrative tribunals; most frequently, the PAHRC and EEOC. He has tried numerous cases to verdict over the past thirty years and has earned a reputation among peers and clients as an accomplished trial attorney. Mr. Hamilton is a popular lecturer and panelist on a variety of professional topics before regional and national audiences.
