Stephen Summers' practice encompassed a wide range of civil cases in both state and federal courts. He concentrated his practice on the defense of employment matters, premises liability, product liability, construction and municipal liability and insurance disputes. He also argued frequently before the appellate courts of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Summers regularly tried cases brought against employers, major retail establishments, property owners, and insurers. Additionally, he served as coverage counsel, addressing issues of tort and casualty insurance coverage for individuals, corporations, and municipalities.
